Using a lemon wedge, rub the outside of the glass and carefully add salt to rim the glass. Add mezcal, lime juice, and mango puree to the glass. Add ice, 1/2 to 3/4 full. Stir and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with rabbit ear shaped mango slices.
